around the clock, 365 days per year. Over 100 highly trained customer service
representatives handle over 4,000 calls a day in as many as 11 languages.
Calls, emails and faxes range from pre-admission inquiries, policyholder
questions and claims assistance to benefits authorization and travel assistance
needs.
Medical questions are forwarded to our staff of over 50 registered nurses, who
are specially trained to speed resolution of any medically related issues. CHCS
Services operates fully customized toll-free telephone lines with all incoming
calls answered using the name of the insurer or any other salutation the client
specifies.
