Sanjiv Kapur
SVP, Global Head – CIS & BPO, iGATE Patni
Mr. Sanjiv Kapur is Senior Vice-President at iGATE Patni with responsibility of defining and executing the growth strategy for iGATE Patni's Customer Interaction Services (CIS) & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business globally. In his role, he manages business operations, financial performance, operational excellence, delivery capability and customer leadership for iGATE Patni’s CIS & BPO business.
Sanjiv has over 20 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, and sales in global BPO and the IT industry. Prior to iGATE Patni, he was Executive Vice-President at HCL BPO. He has also held various positions at leading Telecom-IT-ITES companies.
Sanjeev has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University.
 
 
Ram Chatty
VP and Head of Sales – Patni Americas
Mr. Ram Chatty is the Vice President of Sales for the Insurance and Healthcare practice at iGATE Patni and has responsibility for executing the growth strategy for CHCS Services. In his role, Ram manages sales and business development for CHCS Services.
Ram has over 20 years of diverse business experience including, strategy, business development and client management in the global IT and BPO industry. Prior to joining iGATE Patni, Ram worked with Hexaware, and DSQ Software.
Ram has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from NITIE, Mumbai, India.
 
 
Patrick Boudreaux
SVP – Operations/Support Services; CHCS Services, Inc
Mr. Patrick Boudreaux is Senior Vice-President of Operations/Support Services for CHCS Services, Inc.
Along with his 13 years at CHCS Services, Patrick’s experience includes over 30 years of progressive responsibility covering both Information Technology and Business Operations. He has worked in both technical and managerial capacity in Banking, Healthcare and Insurance Administration. In addition, Patrick has worked as a consultant with engagements encompassing hardware and software acquisition, custom software solutions, training, healthcare cost containment, reimbursement maximization and departmental re-engineering.
Patrick attended the University of West Florida majoring in Accounting with an MIS minor.
 
 
Bob Sprowls
VP – Client Services; CHCS Services, Inc
Bob Sprowls is Vice President of Client Services at CHCS Services, Inc, where he is responsible for client interface and project implementation activities and ultimately client satisfaction. 
Prior to joining CHCS, Sprowls spent 25+ years in the computer hardware and software industry including 15 years at Unisys. While with Unisys, his positions included General Manager of the CPAS software division and Director of Product Marketing for the Unix product division. Later he served as General Manager at Symix. Most recently he was Director of Business Development at TECHSOFT.
Bob has a BA in Math from the Muskingum University in New Concord, OH.
 
 
Karetha Dodd
Head of Legal – Patni Americas
As Head of Legal of Patni Americas, Ms. Dodd is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs in the Americas region.
Karetha has over 15 years of diverse legal experience, including over 10 years in the IT industry. Prior to joining iGATE Patni, Karetha worked at the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLC, and in the legal departments of several publicly-traded companies with operations in multiple countries.
Karetha has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa.
 
Jan Hayde       
VP – New Business; CHCS Services, Inc
Ms. Jan Hayde is Vice-President, responsible for new business.
Jan has been with the Company for over 24 years and has over 40 years of experience working in the Life & Health Insurance industry.
Jan has earned a number of LOMA Designations, namely FLMI, CEBS, CLU; in addition to her Six Sigma Green Belt. Jan has a BA in Home Economics and an MA in English.
 
 
Tairuna Brown
VP – Customer Contact Center; CHCS Services, Inc
Ms. Tairuna Brown is Vice President of the Customer Contact Center at CHCS Services, Inc. Tairuna is responsible for overall strategic management of Call Center Operations at CHCS Services Inc.
Tairuna has more than 20 years of experience in the Health Care Operations Environment. Her background is in managed health care, recruiting and performance management. Prior to CHCS Services, she worked at Cigna healthcare for 15 years and BCBSGA for 5  years.
 
Tairuna has a BBA in Human Resources and an MBA in Technology Management. She is currently working on a PhD in Information System Management.  She also has a Professional Certification in PAHM (Professional, Academy of Healthcare Management).
 
Ms. Tairuna Brown is Vice-President of the Customer Contact Center at CHCS Services, Inc.
 

 
Williams Piraux                          
VP – Corporate Services & Facilities; CHCS Services, Inc
Mr. Williams Piraux is Vice-President of Corporate Services & Facilities at CHCS Services, Inc.
Bill has been with the company for over 12 years. Prior to CHCS Services, Inc, Bill held various positions from Teller to Vice-President of Operations during the span of his 17 years of experience in the Banking Industry. Bill has also been in the US Navy in active duty for a period of two years.
Bill holds Pre-standard and Standard certificates from the American Institute of Banking.

 
Tonnetta Wallace        
Director – Claims; CHCS Services, Inc
Ms. Tonnetta Wallace is the Director of Claims at CHCS Services, Inc. with responsibility of managing traditional claims processes, i.e. Medicare Supplement/Select, Disability, Long Term Care, Dental, Accident and Health and Life claims.
Tonnetta has been with CHCS Services, Inc. since 1996. Prior to CHCS Services, Tonnetta worked for over 10 years in the Banking, Finance and Insurance industries.  
She also holds several certifications and licenses in the insurance industry.
 
 
Jacqueline Bencomo     
Director – Care Management, Provider Network, and Eldercare Services; CHCS Services, Inc
Ms. Jacqueline Bencomo is a Director, responsible for Care Management, Provider Network Management, and the Nurse NavigatorSM program at CHCS Services, Inc. 
She has over 18 years of Insurance Industry and Project Management experience. She has been with CHCS Services since 2002, and has held various senior positions in the Company. 
Jacqueline has an MBA (with a specialization in MIS) from Barry University, Florida.  She has also completed Project Management certification related coursework, has her ACS designation from LOMA, and is a Certified Senior Advisor.
 
 
Katherine A. Sessions
Head of Compliance; CHCS Services, Inc
Ms. Katherine A. Sessions is the Head of Compliance at CHCS Services, Inc. responsible for overseeing client delegated oversight audits, ensuring regulatory compliance for CHCS Services with the Secretary of State and Department of Insurance in the entire continental US and US territories.
Prior to joining CHCS Services, Katherine worked in healthcare administration, first as an Office Manager for a large group OB/GYN private practice followed by two years in public health as an Administrator for San Patricio County, Texas.
Katherine earned her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word adult degree completion program in Texas. She is also a Health Insurance Associate from the American Health Insurance Plans Organization (AHIP).
